Chef John is known for his “from scratch” and eclectic kitchens. From nearly 20 years of culinary excellence, he is a CT Magazine 40 under 40 award winner and has regularly appeared on local and national television, including the Food Network’s popular show, Chopped.
After working his way up in several high-profile restaurant groups, Chef John started FORK Hospitality in 2015 with the launch of his first concept, Elm City Social. This “Kitchen and Cocktails” concept is wildly popular with New Haven, featuring craft cocktails and an ever-changing, delicious menu.
After the successful launch of Elm City Social, Chef John and his team have opened his second restaurant concept, Olives and Oil, and a full-service catering company which brings his kitchen creativity and penchant for high-class, custom cocktails to events large and small.
